Payment/Delivery
1. Pick-up of products is possible upon appointment.
2. Dispatch Worldwide
Shipping and handling cost will be invoiced based on real cost, depending on size and weight of parcel, and on your request (normal/priority; with/without insurance).
We dispatch every day except Sunday, within 2-5 working days after receipt of your payment.
3. Payment
Payment is accepted via Paypal (credit card) or bank transfer.
We will send you the information for bank transfer together with our invoice via email.
General Business Conditions
1. Object of Contract
The general conditions mentioned hereafter rule the rights and duties between CARen Exclusive Modelcars (called Caren hereafter) and the customer. They are automatically considered as valid.
2. Offer, validity of contract
The offers from Caren in Internet remain free and not binding without confirmation of order from Caren.
3. Prices
Prices are always understood in CHF, unless explicitly mentioned differently. Costs for shipping, handling and insurance (if requested) are to be paid by the buyer.
4. Availability
The products offered by Caren are available in limited quantity. Caren will confirm availability via email. Products cannot be reserved without payment.
5. Claims
The contract is considered as fulfilled without written complain (email or registered mail) from the customer immediately after receipt of the products.
Caren will pack the products most carefully and will not respond for any damages or lost products occurred during shipping.
6. Copyright
The usage of Photos or text from the website of Caren is not allowed without written permission from Caren.
7. Court and applicable Law
Court place is Lugano. Applicable law is Swiss law.
Allgemeine Geschäfts- und Zahlungsbedingungen
Zahlung/Lieferung
1.Abholen der bestellten Produkte ist nach telefonischer Vereinbarung möglich.
2. Versand weltweit
Wir versenden von Montag bis Samstag. Die Versandkosten werden nach Aufwand, Grösse und Gewicht des Paketes, und Wunsch (normal/express; mit/ohne Versicherung) verrechnet. Der Versand erfolgt innerhalb 2-5 Werkstagen nach Eingang der Zahlung.
3. Zahlung
Wir akzeptieren Paypal (Kreditkarten-Abbuchung) oder Banküberweisung.
Kontoangaben für Banküberweisung werden Ihnen per email zusammen mit der Rechnung gesandt.
Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen
1. Vertragsgegenstand
Die vorliegenden allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen regeln die gegenseitigen Rechte und Pflichten zwischen CARen Exclusive Modelcars ( in der Folge mit Caren bezeichnet) und deren Kunden. Die allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten als stillschweigend anerkannt.
2. Angebot und Vertragsabschluss
Die Angebote von Caren auf dem Internet sind freibleibend und ohne schriftliche Bestätigung von Caren unverbindlich.
3. Preise
Die Preise verstehen sich in Schweizer Franken, ausser wenn ausdrücklich anders bezeichnet. Die Liefer- und Versandkosten sowie Versicherung (falls gewünscht) sind vom Käufer zu entrichten.
4. Lieferbereitschaft
Die Produkte von Caren sind limitiert erhältlich. Lieferbereitschaft wird auf Anfrage von Caren per email bestätigt. Produkte werden ohne Zahlung nicht reserviert.
5. Beanstandungen
Der Auftrag gilt als erfüllt, falls der Kunde nicht sofort nach Erhalt der Produkte, diese per E-Mail oder schriftlich (Eingeschrieben) bei Caren beanstandet.
Caren wird die zu spedierenden Produkte äusserst sorgfältig verpacken und übernimmt keine Verantwortung für Schäden oder verlorene Produkte die während dem Transport erfolgen.
6. Copyright
Die Nutzung sämtlicher im Online-Shop enthaltenen Bestandteile (Fotos, Beschreibungen usw.) ist ohne vorherige schriftliche Genehmigung von Caren untersagt.
7. Gerichtsstand und anwendbares Recht
Gerichtsstand ist Lugano. Das Rechtsverhältnis untersteht dem schweizerischen Recht.

1. É possibile ritirare la merce su appuntamento.
2. Spedizione in tutto il mondo
Spediamo da lunedì a sabato. I costi di spedizione saranno fatturati secondo valori effettivi, dipendendo da volume e peso del pacco e dalla vostra richiesta (normale/ espresso, con/senza assicurazione). Spediamo entro 2 a 5 giorni feriali dalla ricezione del pagamento.
3. Pagamento
Accettiamo pagamento con Paypal (carta di credito) e bonifico bancario.
Condizioni commerciali generali
1. Oggetto del contratto
Le condizioni generali menzionate qui di seguito regolano diritti e doveri tra CARen Exclusive Modelcars (di seguito detto Caren) e il cliente. Queste sono considerate automaticamente valide.
2. Offerta, validità contratto
L’offerta di Caren su Internet rimane libera e non vincolante senza conferma scritta da parte di Caren.
3. Prezzi
Tutti i prezzi sono intesi in CHF salvo specificato esplicitamente in altro modo.
Tutti i costi di spedizione, imballaggio e, in caso di richiesta, di assicurazione, sono a carico del compratore.
4. Disponibilità
I prodotti offerti da Caren sono disponibili in quantità limitata. Caren confermerà la disponibilità per email. I prodotti non possono essere riservati senza pagamento avvenuto.
5. Reclami
Il contratto é considerato compiuto in assenza di reclami scritti (per email o raccomandata) da parte del cliente immediatamente dopo aver ricevuto i prodotti.
Caren pone massima attenzione all’imballaggio dei prodotti e non assume responsabilità per danni o perdita di prodotti durante il trasporto.
6. Copyright
L’uso di materiale fotografico o testi della pagina web di Caren non é permesso senza autorizzazione scritta da parte di Caren.
7. Corte e legge applicabile
Il contratto é soggetto a legge Svizzera. La corte assegnata é Lugano.
